Who are we?

No Lip Service is a simple publication run by the Lipsons (See? It’s funny), a retired father with no shortage of wisdom to share and a son with no shortage of words to yap.

Andrew Lipson has over 30 years of experience in hospitality management, with a particular focus in campus dining, having managed tens of millions of dollars and thousands of employees at the University of Florida, the University of Arkansas, and many other locations. He is passionate about avoiding food waste, creating innovative concepts, fixing problems fast and effectively, and mentorship.

Samuel Lipson is a comparatively less experienced human resources analytics professional who wanted to give his dad a place to share all the things he learns from him (and maybe yammer on about politics on the side). He runs the website and takes care of all the stuff on the backend.
